Henriette Larsen, a Office Executive at LIF, has more than 4 years of accounting experience with private equity and venture capital management companies. Her general ledger accounting experience includes accounts payable, intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
Henriette holds a Bachelor’s degree in French Literature and a Certificate in Accounting for Controllers from UC Berkeley Extension.
She enjoys being outdoors, reading, yoga, and traveling. Henriette is new to Cary, NC and is looking forward to exploring the area, spending time at the beach, and adopting a dog.
Matt Crotty, a manager at LIF, brings nearly 3 years in public accounting experience with Ernst & Young LLP, including 2 years of private equity firm audit experience. She has private equity financial reporting experience including SEC Registered Investment Company filings. Matt received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and currently has memberships with AICPA and NCACPA. Matt enjoys anything sports-related and is a big fan of the Tar Heels, Panthers, Hurricanes, and Cubs. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family in the area, especially her husband and two young sons.
Megan Bailey, a Manager at LIF, has more than 4.5 years of financial statement auditing experience with McGladrey, LLP with experience in a variety of industries for private companies in manufacturing/distribution, insurance, nonprofit, and finance. Megan received her Masters and Bachelors of Science in Accounting from East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina.<> Her professional organizations include the AICPA. In her free time, Megan enjoys embarking on fun adventures – such as trying a new restaurant, taking a trip to a new city (USA or worldwide), going to a concert/show, or attempting a new sport.
Manoj Kumar Pattanaik, the International Director of Lead India Foundation and Director of Give Globally Foundation, USA, is an independent consultant and trainer, with over a decade of experience working in the ﬁeld of international philanthropy and fundraising. He has done his Masters in English Literature, Masters in Law and a Degree in Rural Development with Masters in Business Administration. He has also secured a Diploma Certiﬁcate in Grant Writing and a Professional Advanced Diploma in Fundraising for Nonproﬁts from New York University, USA. Being a highly successful international project manager and fundraising professional, Mr. Pattanaik has raised over US $100 million for numerous international projects from a wide variety of institutions. He has developed 100s of proposals for scores of donors. He will share a wealth of ﬁrst hand knowledge and expertise on what it takes to successfully raise funds. Recently, his project “ENGLISH AS A TOOL OF POVERTY ERADICATION’ has received the approval to raise 270,000 USD and another Project “HEAVEN: Home to Elders & Veterans Ensuring Nurture” has received the approval to raise 500,000 from Global Giving, USA. Being an Indian and Dedicated for the people of India Mr. Pattanaik is working restlessly to make India Hunger and Beggar Free.
Mr. Pattanaik is the author, organizer and promoter of International Conferences in Ending Extreme Poverty: A Challenging Journey from MDGs to SDGs. He has attracted the attention of many international universities, professors, scholars, researchers, nonproﬁt leaders, social leaders, and social activists from different corners of the world.
Mr. Pattanaik is also an experienced social scientist and researcher. He has written more than 10 books on Human Rights, Child Protection and Restorative Justice. He has also developed an extensive fundraising guide focusing on Funding for Zero Hunger, Ending Extreme Poverty, Climate Change and the Environment. He has done research on, human rights, livelihood, migration, environment and rural development with many professors in the US, UK, India and other countries. Recently he has received many offers from different Universities of the world to give lectures on the policies on Ending Extreme Poverty.
Dr. A Philipose, currently working as the Deputy Director of Central Social Welfare Board, New Delhi, is the National Advisor of Lead India Foundation and works for the overall development of the network of Lead India Foundation at the same time works as the advisor for All Government Funding Related works for the members of Lead India Foundation.
Dr. D Dominic was a retired Director of Social Welfare Board, Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry and has a PhD in Social Work. . Throughout his career he has assisted many NGO for their growth and successfully managed many conferences and uplifted many NGOs in the south India by giving them professionally advice and assistance. He has assisted many NGOs to make presentations and papers on getting government grants and International funding assistance. He is very well versed NGO Management, Financial Management for NGOs and has a thorough knowledge on how to get FCRA, 12 A, 80 G and 35 AC. In his life time he has worked with more than 10000 NGOs in the country and presently giving advice to the BOSS members of Lead India in 5 states of South India including Tamil Nadu, Pondicherry and Karnataka.

Co-founded Sodhana(1980-90)–a national NGO and was responsible for the tangible and intangible lasting social change among 50000 rural families. He was presented with National Award “YuvaShakthiPuraskar” in Rural Development in Year -1985 in New Delhi.
1990-2003 : He was the senior Faculty of Rural Entrepreneurship in the NGO sector (engaging 300 NGOs) across the country at Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, ( an international repute -EDII) Ahmedabad. In the process he was chosen for a “Millennium Achiever Award” in 2000 in New Delhi.
2004-2010: He was the Founder National Executive Director of VISION 2020: Right to Sight of WHO in Delhi. Highly instrumental in securing the allocation of about 1500 crores in the X five year plan from Government and facilitated immensely the empowerment and representation of the Blind in World Blind Union. In 2015, he intended to promote our BOSS program as the BFC Country Director from Bangalore
Mr. Mohite is a highly respected social activist, renowned educationalist, a great leader of land reforms in Maharashtra and one of the highly associated promoter of Lead India Foundation and its BOSS program. He is a well-accepted peasant leader of Maharashtra and widely known for his dedication and Gandhian way of protesting for the rights of the peasant in the western part of the country especially in Maharashtra and Goa. He is a leader of More than 270 NGOs working for the peasant rights and assisting these NGOs to work with BOSS for their overall development. He has worked with many ministers for the upliftment of poor and backward students to have their quality education and a great preacher for KG to PG education free for the economically Backward People. He is running two Colleges in Mumbai and Konkan with the guidelines of Lead India Foundation.
Mr. Jagmohan is the highly renowned social entrepreneur in in north India and has a great experience in working with nonprofits in the north Zone especially in Jammu Kashmir, Punjab and Delhi. He has done his Masters in Sociology from Punjab University and uplifted more than 5000 street children and destitute women in the Northern zone of India. He is a highly spirited Social Change Maker who intends to bring economic upliftment of Marginalized women be facilitating them with Financial Inclusion. He is having a handful experience in the Microfinance Sector.
Apart from social work, He is interested in International development, music and preparing promotional speeches. He is the sole promoter of Gramin Vikas Andolan in the Northern India.
